This trombone can be described as “serviceable”. It definitely plays, albeit having a slow slide and some solder points coming off. I would only recommend it for a family on a serious budget to be used as the very first trombone for a student who is likely not going to continue in band. If you are strapped for money, or you just want to give your student a trial period to see if they really do want to play trombone, this is an adequate instrument for that.
It comes with a nice hard Selmer case (although it is NOT a Selmer instrument) and a mouthpiece.
It has been cleaned thoroughly and playtested, it is as good as it will be.
